Pricing

The cost to recover data from storage devices is dependent on type of devices, nature of that device, type of data loss associated with the device, and the degree of damage associated with that device. Therefore, it is not possible to publish a price with such a permutation of the dependencies mentioned; and without first evaluating the device to determine the causes. However, we can provide a broad price range based on the type of data recovery services.  For hard disk, a logical recovery would range from S$100 – S$500.  Logical recovery refers to using software tools and technique to recover from hard disk that is physically working.  For a physical recovery, the price would range from S$500 - S$2,000 depending on whether it’s a firmware or mechanical failure.

And for very severely damaged hard drive, we may have to deploy SignalTrace which may cost more than S$2,000.

Whether it is logical or physical recovery, we will always seek approval to proceed with the recovery based on our evaluation and detailed quotation.

No Evaluation Fee

There is no fee imposed for evaluating the storage device.  Our engineers will do a thorough examination and will provide a diagnosis to see how much data can be recovered. Thereafter, we will communicate and provide a detailed quotation for approval to proceed with the recovery.

No Cancellation Fee

In the event that the customer decided not to proceed with the recovery, there will be no cancellation fee.  The only cost involved will be the shipping cost of the media if that is not initially paid by the customer.

No File, No Charge Policy In the event that no files can be recovered, there will be no cost involved other than the shipping cost (if the shipping cost of the media is not initially paid by the customer).
